Do you look at everyday experiences as stepping stones to great opportunities for growth and advancement?  Allen shares developmental strategies for vision casting, goal setting, time management and gift/talent development to help youth and young adults discover their path to significance. This workshop is designed to help youth discover an avenue of pursuit for their lives and plan out ways to navigate that path.  This is a lively, give-and-take style of communication designed to stimulate critical thinking, vision casting, creative problem solving, goal setting and task execution.  Participants should come prepared to be challenged, ready to work and to have fun.  Presentation titles include:
